- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
- Products explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email info@builddz.com with your order ID and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
4. Stripe & Google Play Compliance
Our refund process complies with Stripe and Google Play refund standards. For purchases made through a platform store, the platform's refund rules may also apply.
