By accessing Builddz (operated by SOLVEMIND LTD) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Digital Product Purchases
Digital products are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose.
3. No Unauthorized Redistribution
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our digital products or source code without prior written permission. Violations may result in termination of your license without refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible products include a 30-day money-back guarantee; custom work already started is non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code provided by Builddz remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Builddz and SOLVEMIND LTD are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
